Delivery Information

We strive to ship your order within 48 hours during the working week, whenever possible, depending on stock availability. Please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch, with slightly longer processing times during the busy holiday season.

Estimated delivery times for Hong Kong (HK) orders are 2–5 working days after dispatch, but may vary depending on location and courier circumstances.

Hong Kong Delivery

Shipping costs within the HK are based on the total parcel value, covering postage and packaging. Some areas may require additional charges, which we will confirm before dispatch.

All HK parcels are sent via a tracked service:

Orders up to 2kg are shipped using SF Express Tracked (HK$35) or depending on parcel size.

Surcharges may be applied for certain areas in HK, and we will inform you in advance if any adjustments are needed.

Extreme Weather Conditions – While rare, severe weather may affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and recommend checking with your local sorting office if your parcel is delayed.
